“Forest: Stay focused, be present, or simply Forest” The App that will be mentioned today is Forest. Forest is a productivity app that allows users to use a timer or a stopwatch feature to track their productivity goals. This timer or stopwatch will time the individuals to see how long they have been productive on their studies or any other types of work that they are wanting to perform. The software is quite interesting, because not only does it time you, but the app also allows users to set certain increments of time on the app for the app to count and then stop for breaks (Example: 20 minutes). These little subsets of time will count down. Once your subset of time has been counted down, a virtual tree will then plant on your field located on the home screen of the forest app. If you quit before that certain amount of time runs out, your tree will then wilt and die.
